1. Open Steam, locate "SCUM", right-click the game, go to "Manage" → "Browse Local Files" to find the game's root directory.  

2. Find "SCUM.exe" in the root directory, double-click to run it.  

3. After the game starts, open GameBuff and click "Add a BUFF" to modify settings in-game.
